Hi there!
I've been around for a long time but I haven't posted here in ages.  I take

recipes but I don't seem to give back enough.
I will now try to post a new recipe everytime I come across this base!

today a real treat!


MANDARIN ORANGE MADNESS
=======================

1 pkg (3 oz) Orange Jello
1 can (10 oz) Mandarin Orange Sections
1/2 liter (1 pint) Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
1 cup made up of the juice of the orange sections and water
1 enveloppe Dream Whip, whipped

Heat the cup of orange & water liquid until boiling.
Add the jello crystals and stir to dissolve completely.
Stir in softened ice-cream.
Place in the refrigerator and cool until the consistency of egg whites.
Fold in the Dream Whip.
Feed in Mandarin Orange Sections saving a few to garnish the mold.
Put it in a jello and let set in the refrigerator (4-5 hours)

This can be tried with different combinations of flavors and fruits also!
It is just amazing with orange though!
