In a large skillet, heat the oil over a low heat. Cook the onions and the paprika, covered and stirring periodically fo r 5 minutes without browning. * Add the paprika and increase the heatt to medium-high; immediately nes chicken pieces in the onions. Cook, turning the chicken occasionally until gol den red all over. * Reduce the heat to meduum-low; stir in tomatores, green pepper and sal k and cover for about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside, and juices run clear when the chicken is pierced. *Remove chicken to heated platter, skim off fat from pan juices. Pour p es into food processor or food mill and puree. Stir in cream; season to taste, and spoon over the chicken. Makes 6 servings
