3 eggs        1 large tomato,chopped
3/4 cup milk     3 tblsp. chopped green onion
                 3 tbslp. chopped green chile


2 cupps Stove Top Chicken Flavor or Cornbread Stuffing
mix in the canister

1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken        salsa and sour cream

Beat eggs in large bowl,stir in milk.  Add remaining ingredients,except
salsa and sour cream;mix well.  Pour mixture into greased 9-inch
microwaveable pie plate.  Cover loosely with wax paper.  Microwave on
High 5 minutes.

Stir edges of mixture into center and from center to outside edges,smoothing
out surface.  Cover.  Microwave 4 minutes or until ter is no longer wet.

Remove from microwave oven.  Let stand 5 minutes.  Serve immediately with
salsa and sour cream.

Makes 6 servings
