My wife showed me that many of the Kraft dinners do not actually require the
entire package of mix.  I use only about 1/2 package of cheese mix and
smaller portions of milk and butter when making the mac and cheese.  Comes
out just as good... and saves a few calories and fat!   Other mix or box
dinner can be similarly fixed....
