 Great to quench your summer thirst!

4 sprigs mint
1 teaspoon sugar
finely crushed ice
1 1/2jiggers bourbon

In 12-ounce highball glass, place 3 sprigs mint and sugar.
crush mint with muddler or handle of wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved, 

about 5 mins.
Fill glass to brim with ice; pour bourbon Don't stir. add more ice  to fill up 

glass. Set in freezer

Just before serving garnish with mint sprig.
Serve with long straw.
Makes one serving.]
