Set aside. 2.> In large pot (like a dutch oven), place the butter, milk, sugar, vanilla,  salt, & cocoa. Bring to boil over low heat. Stirring Constantly. 3.> Remove pot from stove & stir in the oatmeal-coconut mixture. 4.> With large serving spoon or ice cream scoop, form round macroons on a  slightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. A little oil on the spoon or  scoop will prevent sticking. 5.> Allow to cool to room temperature for minimum 30 min. Yields 12 large cookies. DC...
