Preheat oven to 35Odegrees. With a fork,prick the bottom and sides of the pie shell. Refrigerate until ready to use. 2. In a medium bowl,whisk together the egg substitute and flour until completely blended. 3. Add the pinneapple juice concentrate, sugar,corn syrup,margarine,vanilla and salt,and whisk to combine. Stir in the pecans. 4. Place the pie shell on a baking sheet. Pour the filling into the shell. Bake for 30 min. , then reduce the oven temperature to 300degrees and bake and additional 30-40 min. until golden. Cool the pie on a rack.
