I get tired of the same old frozen crust or package DD#@>mix. Appreciate it. DD#@>Digital Dan I haven't made this, but I do have a recipe in a cookbook. Here it is: Homemade Pizza Crust Soften 1 package active dry yeast in 1 cup warm water. Beat in 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour; mix in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in 2 cups additional all-purpose flour. Knead till smooth and elastic, about 12 minutes (will be firm). Place in lightly oiled mixing bowl; turn oiled side up. Cover. Let rise in warm place till more than double, 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch down, cover and chill till cold. Cut dough in 2 parts. On lightly floured surface, roll each in 12-inch circle, about 1/8 inch thick. Place on greased baking sheets or two 12-inch pizza pans, turning edges of dough up slightly. With knuckles, dent dough here and there to prevent bubbles from forming. Brush each circle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Fill with desired filling. Bake in hot oven (425) for 20 to 25 minutes, or till crust is done. Makes two 12-inch pizzas.
