 Here is a sauce I like to brush on grilled chicken.

                  Barbados bbq sauce
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons Wocestershire
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 cup ketchup
 Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 2 1/3 cups
