I recently found a great recipe for Breaded Chicken... You need to get some

chicken breasts, and then dip then in milk.  Then you need to cover them with a

mixture of cracker crumbs and bread crumbs (You need to experiment with this to

find out how you like it), but I usually mix 1/2 cup of bread crumbs with 1/2

cup cracker crumbs (If I remeber correctly).  After the chicken is covered to

you likeing, fry them in a skillet with a little butter.  Also, before you dip

them in milk, I usually tenderize them by hitting them with a mallet...
