New recipe....I think!

2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 pound ground meat (chicken, beef, turkey ??)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
small bag seasoned bread crumbs, or 1 1/2 - 2 Cups
3 eggs (or 2 if you're cutting back)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all together like meatloaf.
Shape into meatballs.
Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet.
350 degrees, 1/2 hour or til done.

(Serve with a salad......you need your greens!)
