THIS IS AS  CLOSE AS I CAN GET TO THE RECIPE. SCRAPE 2 1/2 CUPS FRESH CORN ADD: 1 WELL-BEATEN EGG YOLK (2 TSPOON FLOUR) 1/4 TSPOON SALT WHIP UNTIL SOFT NOT DRY: 1 EGG WHITE FOLD CORN MIXTURE INTO IT. COOK LIKE  PANCAKES UNTIL LIGHT BROWN AND FLUFFY. CAREFUL NOT TO OVER COOK.
