For the bacon substitute.  I have used sizzlelean,and the turkey bacon
is good.  So is the turkey sausage.  For beans I used turkey ham.
Just make sure you boil the turkey ham about 5 min. before using in
the seasoning.  It helps with the flavor.  Then I cut it into cubes
and put it in the crockpot with the beans,and the seasonings and I
cooked it for 5 or 6 hours on low.  I was quite pleased with my
results.  It was my first time using the turkey ham to season with.
