2 cups Dole Pinapple Juice                  2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar                             1/2 tsp. sweet basil, crumbled
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil                       1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

In a saucepan stir together juice, vinegar, oil, lemon juice, cornstarch, and
basil.  Cook, stirring until it boils and thickens.  Cool.  Stir in poppy
seeds.  Serve over tossed green salads, fruit salads or entree salads.

Makes 2 3/4 cups.
