3 oz. nugget-like cereal (Grape Nuts)
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 pkg. dry chocolate sugar free pudding
1 cup lite whipped topping

Mix together and freeze in an 8" pie plate.
Makes 8 servings.  45 calories each
