Didn't someone sometime ago ask about a recipe for Red Velvet cake? I am so far

behind on things because I have been so busy working with Meal Master. I found

this recipe for the cake while going through disks with recipes on them. I had

it ready to upload at that time and forgot it or misplaced the disk. This is a

little different than the other recipes that I've seen. This one starts with a

cake mix. Hope you like it anyway.

      Title: Easy Red Velvet Cake
 Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Easy
   Servings: 10

      1 pk Yellow cake mix, w/o pudding
           Milk (substitute for water
           -in cake mix)
      2    Eggs (or amount cake mix
           -requires)
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil
      2 T  Cocoa
      1 t  Vinegar
      1 oz Red food coloring

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into two 8"
  round pans or one 9"x13" pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, until cake tests done.
  When cake is cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
