Hi there! I love the stuff too! Here is my recipe... I think it's pretty
easy and very good...

4 tablespoonful butter or margarine
4 tablespoonsful all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 cups Milk

Melt butter or Margarine in a saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and
bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Remove from heat and add 1/2
cup fresh grated parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes.
( makes about 2 cups of sauce)
Pour over cooked fettucini noodles and serve. ( very rich)
