I'm feeling very proud of myself and simply must share my victory over home
made pizza.  It's all in the crust and it has taken me WEEKS of experimenting
on my family to succeed.  Any crust recipe will do.  You have to preheat your
oven for 45 minutes to an hour at 450 degrees.  Use a pizza screen to cook
the pizza on instead of a pan and put it on the lowest rack in your oven.
And here's the clincher:  be sure to put the toppings on top of the  cheese.
This will give you a few more minutes of cooking time for the crust to get
good and crisp without burning the cheese.  Your family will ask you to make
your famous pizza instead of calling out!
