Hi all,
         I'm new to this place, my name is Riviera.
    But i just thought I'd drop a hint for keeping your cakes fresh.
In stead of putting them in the refrigerator...put them in the freezer!!!
You'll be surprized how it keeps nice and for a long time..And you don't 

necessarily have to put a cover on it.. i don't usually!
