Lightly spray 12 medium muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray, or line with paper baking cups. 3. In medium bowl combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. 4. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients. 5. Add dry ingredients;mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. do not overmix. 6. Fill muffin cups almost full. 7. Bake 20 to 22 min. or until golden grown. 8.
