Scrub whole potatoes (peel them if you want, I like the skin on). cut into 

wedges.  Place on a cookie sheet or in a roasting pan and pour 1/8 to 1/4 cup 

of vegetable oil over the potatoes. Stir well to coat. Bake in a preheated 450 

degree oven 30-40 min. until browned outside and tender inside.  Stir them 

every ten minutes or so.

This is one of my absolute favorites!  Very easy and I could eat them all day!
