Here is a favorite that my neices and nephew like...

Poke-a-dotted maccaroni

Just take your favorite Mac and Cheese reciepe and 4 or 5 hotdogs which have
been cut into 1/4" pieces. Mix the hotdog pieces into the Mac and Chesse.
Take the remaining pieces of hotdogs and place on the top of the mac and
cheese. Place pan in a oven heated to 375 degrees bake until a golden brown.
If you want it quick and easy cook it on top of the stove.  A great pleaser
for all.
