 To make a jack-o-lantern cake!

 Bake two cakes (from a box -it's easier!) in bundt cake pans.
Take the first cake and sit it upside down on a cake plate.  take the second
the second cake (both have cooled completely) and put its bottom on the first
ones bottom.  So they are bottom to bottom.  Then (you need probably two cans
of icing) Color the icing orange and frost the cakes together.  When you
piled them up be sure to match up the ridges.  Use hersey kisses to create
the face and leaf shaped bakery cookies to create the leaves.  To make a stem
cook about a 1/3 of a cup of batter in a clean soup can for about 15 minutes
allow to cool and carve away middle to create a stem. One can make this major
creation from scratch, and my baking hat tips off to you if you do!  Decorate
with candy corns and other assorted holiday candies.  ENJOY!
