One I like a lot goes like this:

        6 egg yolks
        2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
        1 bottle (8 oz.) RealLime

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with
sweetened condensed milk.  Stir in RealLime (and a little green food
coloring if desired).  Pour into a prepared pastry shell (I prefer
graham cracker); bake 12 minutes.  Cool. Chill.  Top with whipped cream
or merengue.

I'm asked to make this all the time for various events.  It's the
simplest and the best Key Lime Pie Recipe I've found so far!
