8 oz. Sugar-Free White CAke Mix

1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

1     Egg White


Empty cake mix into a bowl. Add the applesauce and egg white. Blend for 5 to 6

minutes or until creamy. Transfer to an 8-inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350

degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Allow cake to cool; then remove from pan.

Yield: 10 servings
