8 oz.   Sugar-Free WHite Cake Mix

2/3 cup Water

1       Egg White

1/3 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

Empty cake mix into a bowl. Add water, egg white, and peanut butter. Blend for

4 to 5 minutes or until creamy. Transfer to an 8-inch greased cake pan. Bake at

350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. Allow cake to cool and then remove from

pan.
