mix a can of condensed, sweetened milk with 1/4 cup lime juice (or Key Lime

juice if you want to be authentic).  The lime juice will thicken the milk. Put

in a baked pie crust (real or graham) and top with sweetened whipped cream. No

eggs are added so it won't give you food poisoning so easily.
