Burritos - thoroughly inauthentic (though I understand that in Mexico they

don't make burritos anyway.

Brown 1 lb. ground beef then add
1 can refried beans (16 oz.)
1 jar (or whatever it comes in) salsa (12-16 oz.--mild green chili salsa for

me)
grated cheese (I use Monterey Jack or Co-Jack)  4 to 8 oz.

wrap in warm flour tortillas
top with shredded lettuce, sour cream, olives, tomatoes, or whatever.

exact quantities are not important.
