Silly me.  I never realized that there were limes and then there were KEY
LIMES.  So that what makes a Key Lime Pie a Key Lime Pie.  Wow!

Hey...I've been making muffins for breakfast out of my favorite cake recipes
such as carrot cake, applesauce cake.  They make great muffins!  Just cook
them in a muffin pan, of course, at about 375 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.
They are usually done when they are golden brown on top.  This will also work
for banana bread, cranberry-nut bread, etc. recipes.
