You need 1 box of lemon cake mix (I like the kind with the pudding "built"  in - they really are moister) 1/4 to 1/2 c. FRESH poppyseeds (I used some that were kind of old once, and  it made my whole cake taste stale Mix the poppy seeds in with the dry mix. Bake according to the directions  on the box (or into muffin tins - as the box should describe for you) Frosting: Powdered sugar, cream and lemon flavoring (and vanilla if you like) mixed  to form a glaze. Spread this on as soon as the cake come out of the oven, and  then again after about 10 or 15 minutes, and a 3rd time 15 minutes later for a  nice sweet glaze. -Ferret
