2 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup raisins

Mix flour, powder and salt.  Add milk and oil.  Blend until you have a nice
biscuit dough.  Sprinkle raisins, cinnamon and sugar on dough and knead a few
times. Shape into 6 large or 8 small biscuits and bake at 450 degrees for 15
minutes.

Frosting:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups confectioners sugar

Mix all together until thick and creamy.  Add more sugar if
needed. Frost tops of warm biscuits and serve immediately.
