   For a very moist turkey with an especially delicate taste, melt 1/2c.
margarine or butter with 1/2c. of your favorite white wine.  Using a
needle and syringe (purchase through your veterinary supply store) inject the
mixture into the meat of the turkey.  Bake at 325 degrees for the recommended
times.  Comes out moist, brown and makes a scrumptious gravy!
