Great for if you are in a hurry:

2 pkgs. 2 layer size yellow cake mix
pudding type mix

2/3 cup marg. or butter melted
2 eggs
1 12 oz. pkg. (2 cups)mini semi-sweet chocolate pieces(chips)

In a large mixing bowl combine mix,marg.eggs,and 1/4 cup water mix well.
Dough will be stiff.  Stir in chocolate pieces.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375deg. for 8-10 min. til golden brown.  cool 2 min.  on cookie
sheet, remove:cool on a wire rack.
Makes about 7 doz.

Peanutty Chocolate cookies:
Prepare recipe as above except use chocolate cake mix and stir in 2 cups
candy coated milk chocolate peanuts, or peanut butter chips, or Reeses pieces.

Carrot-Raisin Cookies:  Prepare recipe as above except use carrot-raisin
cake mix(pudding type) and stir in 2 cups raisins.
Bake 375 deg.  about 12 min.

Lemon-Apricot cookies
prepare as above use lemon cake mix,and stir in 2 cups dried apricots.
