                      Cocoa Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

3 C. sugar                  1-1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. Cocoa                4 T. butter
1/8 t. salt                 1 t. vanilla
1 C. Creamy Peanut Butter

     Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and milk bring to a boil; then
turn to low and cook until you can place a drop of the fudge into cold
water and form it into a ball with your fingers. When you can form a ball
in the cold water of the fudge drop test then the fudge is ready to be
completed.
     Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and peanut butter. Mix till
stiff 3 to 5 minutes. Place in a buttered pan and let cool.

     This is a favorite recipe that my mother has used for years and it
is very good!
