3 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened coca powder
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup butter or margine
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped nuts

line a 8x8x2" baking pan with foil extending foil over edges of pan,
butter the foil.  Set pan aside

sift together, sugar & coca powder into a large mixing bowl, set mixture
aside

in a small saucepan combine dry milk powder, butter/margine, & water.
Cook over medium heat just to boiling, stirring constantly to melt
butter.

remove pan from heat, stir in the melted butter mixture into the
sugar/cocoa mixture.  Add the nuts.  Stir until well combined

turn fudge into the baking pan.  While fudge is warm score into 1"
squares.  Chill several hours or until firm.
