                                JERKY

  1. Slice 3 Lbs. Beef,venison or turkey into 3/8 " strips.

  2. Combine:
      1/2 cup soy sauce - 1/2 cup Worcshirer sauce - 2tsp. Accent -
      2 tsp. seasoned salt - 2/3 tsp garlic powder - 2 tsp. onion powder -
      1 tsp. black pepper - optional(dash or two hot sauce.)

  3. Stir above mixture well - add strips of meat.

  4. Marinade overnight in refrigerator - turning often.

  5. Lay strips on racks & back at 150 degrees for 5-6 hrs until dry to
     touch  or use dehydrator.
