J#@*>OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN ENJOYING THIS RECIPE FOR 5 GENERATIONS. I will have to try this out. My kids and I love rice, anyway it is served. I have a recipe that is easy as that, and it is called Super Rice. 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup or what you like. 1 can of milk (soup can) 1 can of Minute Rice (soup can) Heat the soup as normal. After it reaches temp, then pour in the rice. Remove from the heat and cover. Let this sit for about 5 minutes, or until rice is ready. You can make it thick or thin, by adding rice or milk or water as you prefer. I have gone as far as putting water chestnuts, peapods, and tuna fish in there too. The kids eat this up like they have never eaten in a week. (plain that is) They don't like the additives I put in to it. You can use this as a main course, or as a side dish. Back in "88" when Cincinnati had the Tall Stacks in town, I ate some dirty rice from a booth out of the south, with Alligator. I must say it was the best rice and meat I have ever tasted in my life! Wish I could have another bowl of it soon! YUM! Have fun! Road Runner * SLMR 2.1a * This tagline stolen by Silly Little Mail Reader! 0 0Via: 1513500*1 1513502*1 1610000*1 6160*1 1614017*1
