This is my "secret" all time favorite dressing for salad.  Everyone wants the
recipe each time I serve it.  It is also great on Polish Sausage or Smoked
Sausage sandwiches.  I serve it with little smokies (warmed) as a dip at
parties.  I have used it in potato salad too and it's great.

Kountry Cook's Sweet Mustard Dressing

1 small onion (liquified in a blender)
1 cup mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sugar

Liquify the onion, blend in the mustard, mayonnaise and sugar.  Serve with
your salad at the table.

I also use this dressing for dipping chicken strips or nuggets in.  I add 1/2
cup of any kind of Hickory Flavor BBQ Sauce to the recipe.  Kids love this
stuff.  (I usually use K.C. Masterpiece Hickory Smoke Brand.)  Everyone begs
for my dip when I serve these.  If preferred, just blend in enough to make
the mixture look a little orange instead of the normal yellow (bbq sauce).
