I doubt this is what you had but will post it anyway

Vegetarian Chili

1 lb dry lentils
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 small can tomatoe sauce
1 can corn
2 stlks celery
1 medium onion
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tblsp ground chili

simmer lentils in water to cover by 1 inch covered for 45 minutes or until
lentils have absorbed most of the moisture
add all other ingredients and simmer covered an additional 45 minutes

this is one of those dishes that eats better the next day
