      Title: Barbecued Meatballs
 Categories: Meats, Appetizers
   Servings:  4

      1 lb Lean hamburger meat               1/2 c  Water
      1 c  Quick oats                        1/4 c  Vinegar
    1/2 c  Milk                            1 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
      1 ts Salt                                1 tb Sugar
      1 x  Pepper to taste                   1/2 md Onion, chopped fine
           BARBECUE SAUCE:                   1/4 ea Green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c  Ketchup

  Soak the oats in milk to soften.  Add all ingredients. Mix well.  Form
  into walnut size balls.  Place in a baking dish.  Pour barbecue sauce over
  and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

  Barbecue Sauce:
  Mix all ingredients, blend well and pour over meatballs.
