Mild - 1 cup hot sauce 1 stick of butter

Medium - 2 cups hot sauce 1 stick of butter

Hot - 2 cups hot sauce 1/2 stick of butter

Now if I have friends that really like the hotness...I add cayenne pepper
til they are satisfied....ever had a buffalo turkey wing...they are great!
