          Cauliflower-Lettuce Salad

          1 head lettuce, chopped
          1 head cauliflower, chopped
          1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and
            drained
          1 large sweet or purple onion,
            chopped
          Topping:
          1 pt. salad dressing
          1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
          1/4 c. sugar

          Place first 4 ingredients in a bowl.  Spread on topping.
          Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.  Mix before
          serving.
