Ma' Parkers Chicken Pot Pie.

1 Chicken
1 16oz Packages of Frozen Stew Veg.
1 Large can of Veg-all
1 can of biscuits(can be home made,10 or 11 bis.)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup *
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup *
* can be substituded for Cornstarch (not as good)


Take chicken, place in pan (5qt.at least) of water. Cook untill chicken
falls from the bone. Remove chicken from the pan of broth and place broth
back on heat.*Start to add cornstarch to make a thin gravy*
STIR CONSTANTLY!!! Add vegetables and deboned chicken.
Place in oven at 300-325 degrees and get piping hot.
Place biscuits on top and cover loosely with foil.
When bottom of biscuits are done remove foil and brown tops.
Serve piping hot.


*This may be substituted for the Campbell's Soup.
   (Keep some of the broth to add as water.)

Also you may use frozen deboned chicken and use 1 can Campbell's Chicken
Broth. (If you have a Schwans delevery, their diced chicken is perfect.)

Hope you enjoy this, I fix it when there is alot of people and not much
income and it IS good.
