i usually take a whole chicken or turky and put my herbs, oil and fil the pan
halfway full than then put the bird in the pan in the oven on broil.  baste
it liberally every so often and when its done it will be quite moist and
delicious  i usually use lots of garlic  salt italain seasonings  and a
mixture of herbs
