Chicken Rice Casserole
1 package  (7 oz)  herb flavored rice mix
2 C  (9 oz)  frozen vegetable medley
1 package  (8 oz)  Banquet Breast Tenders
1 can  ( 10 3/4 oz)  condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare rice mix as directed on package.  In 2-quart casserole, layer rice
mix, vegetables and tenders.  Combine sop and milk;  spoon over tenders.
Combine crumbs, parsley and cheese;  sprinkle over soup mixture.  Bake in 350
degree oven 40 minutes or until hot.  Makes 6 servings.
