                       Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. dry bread crumbs
1/3 C. Minced onion
1/4 C. milk
1 egg
1 T. Parsley
1 t. salt
1/2 t. worchestire sauce
1/4 cup shortening
1 (12oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10oz.) jar grape jelly

     Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, and next four ingredients.
Gently shape into 1 inch balls. Melt shortening in skillet, brown meatballs
and pour off the fat when you are done browning. Heat chili sauce and jelly
stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Place meatballs in the mixture
of chili sauce and jelly and simmer for 30 minutes.
     This is an excellent recipe which I highly reccomend! It is really
good served with your favorite crackers.
