Coca Cola Cake
1 C butter or margarine
1/4 C cocoa
1 C coca cola
2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C buttermilk or sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C miniature marshmallows

Heat to boiling the margarine, cocoa and coca cola.  Add flour, sugar and
baking soda and mix gently.  Stir in sour cream or buttermilk, eggs, vanilla
and marshmallows.  pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased  cake pan.  Bake at 350
degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.  Can be frosted warm.

Frosting:
1/2 C margarine
1/4 C cocoa
6 tbsp. coca cola
1 C marshmallows
1 box powdered sugar  (1 pound box)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C chopped nuts, optional

Heat to boiling margarine, cocoa and coca cola.  Stir in marshmallows,
powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
