Place in a bowl and rinse in cold water. Pour off water and melt butter in a large skillet. When hot, put in meat and onion. Stir and cook until meat is done and onions are clear in color. Sprinkle flour over mix and stir 2 minutes. Add milk. Stir constantly until thick. Add pepper, salt, soy sauce, worcestershire and cayenne pepper and eggs. Serve on toast or toasted buns.
