Deviled Eggs
 6    Hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c  Mayonnaise
1 ts Vinegar
1 ts Prepared mustard
1/8 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper

  Halve hard-boiled eggs.  Remove yolks.  Mix yolks well with other
ingredients, then spoon back into egg whites.  Sprinkle a little paprika   on
top for color, if desired.     Other optional toppings: Horseradish,
anchovies, parsley, chopped onion,   chives, flaked seafood, chopped stuffed
green olives, or crumbled crisp   bacon bits.     Enjoy! -
