Fettuccine Alfredo
1 lb. Fettuccine
3 C heavy cream
12 tbsp. butter
1 C parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions.  When pasta is 'al dente', drain
and set aside.  Heat large skillet.  Add cream, butter, salt and pepper.
Cook to a medium consistency.  Add fettuccine and parmesan.  Blend well and
serve immediately.

Serves 6 to 8
